Please be advised that Faqs are updated periodically as new products and services are added and amended.


Returns policy
Of course items can be returned. I want you to be truly happy with your purchase, but I’m sure on occasion there may be a need to return an item. All items are professionally packaged but this does not mean that they can’t get broken in transit either.
Please phone or email as soon as your item arrives or preferably within 7 days if you are not happy.
Items should be repackaged and posted at your cost, please do receive a proof of postage. Or delivered back to the shop of course.
A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is received back.

Methods of payment
Items can be purchased at the shop, PayPal, by bank card or cash. Bank transfers can also be arranged please phone on 01753 88 20 66. Please do not email your bank details as this may not be secure.

Condition of items
Some people look after things wonderfully and the item you buy may once have been their pride and joy. Other people may never have realised there worth, I remember retrieving a stunning Clarice Cliff Athens Jug from the back of a customer’s kitchen cupboard. So wonderful that it was still in use for the purpose for which it was made.
So please be aware that these items have been pre-owned and while we strive to maintain a high standard, we cannot guarantee each item 100%

Collection & Postage
Items can be collected or posted. Postage only to the UK at this stage.

Please ring on 01753 88 20 66 or email  becky@mainlydeco.co.uk before purchasing just in case, as items are on the shelves in the shop.

Availability of Items
Please be aware that all the items are currently on the shelves in the Mainly Deco Shop (you can find us here) . While we endeavor to make sure the stock checks are current there maybe a delay in updating the website. Please ring 01753 882066 or contact us to check availability of item to avoid disappointment.
