Of course items can be returned. I want you to be truly happy with your purchase, but I’m sure on occasion there may be a need to return an item. All items are professionally packaged but this does not mean that they can’t get broken in transit either.
Please phone or email as soon as your item arrives or preferably within 7 days if you are not happy.
Items should be repackaged and posted at your cost, please do receive a proof of postage. Or delivered back to the shop of course.
A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is received back.
